Tom Hanks’ old houseboat recently hit the market and it’s absolutely reminiscent of Sleepless in Seattle. The houseboat is 1,152-square-feet and docked in Alameda, Calif., an island south of Oakland.
As a young man, Hanks lived on the floating home with his father and stepmother from 1973-1976. The boat was built in 1973, which would likely make the Hanks family the first owners.
This beautiful houseboat has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half bathrooms and unique stained-glass features. Upstairs you’ll also find a living room with a balcony and wood-burning stove.

The houseboat is listed for $600,000. For more information, check out the listing agent, Angela McIntryre’s website.
