Meet Harbor Cottages’ Tiny XL houseboat. Jimmy Hamilton, the general manager of Harbor Cottages, and his team recently splashed this remarkable houseboat in Lake Cumberland.
This houseboat is destined for an owner in Louisiana who will be receiving it this December, and Harbor Cottages already has two more orders for the Tiny XL houseboat that will be going to Arkansas and Florida.
The Tiny XL is based off the tiny model Harbor Cottages unveiled late last year but is 8-feet longer, giving is an overall size 60’x16’. Not to mention that it’s a gorgeous houseboat and very comfortable, featuring all the bells and whistles such as heated marble floors in the bathroom and wine coolers in the hull.
“It’s the perfect size,” shared Hamilton, “and the finishes on the boat are amazing.”
