Theon Parseghian used a derelict 1967 houseboat and a crop-sprayer tractor to create an amphibious houseboat.
After successfully merging the 32-foot houseboat with the three-wheel tractor, Parseghian launched his unique creation in New York where over 500 people showed up to see the craft’s maiden voyage.
