It's basically a legitimate, all-inclusive house on the water! Built in 2007, it's a 400-square-foot FloLodge (an insulated all-season houseboat) that's now on the market for $59,000, a recent $9,000 decrease. That's very little compared to buying a full apartment in New York City, but of course, an apartment doesn't come with the added challenges of houseboat living (such as weatherproofing or the risk of capsizing).
The wooden finish makes this contraption look more like a customized tiny house than a boat.
