Lake Powell, inarguably one of the country’s most beautiful and distinctive boating hotspots, is going to play host for Bull Frog Marina’s Houseboat Supported Kayak Expedition from May 14-21! Onboard their houseboat, MT Pockets, those who register to join will spend the days kayaking, hiking, fishing, paddleboarding, and exploring while creating connections with other houseboaters through campfires or conversing over meals onboard. MT Pockets is a 68-foot houseboat with a recently expanded swim platform, updated engines, and room for 8 to 10 adult guests with adaptive needs. If you’re interested, the subsidized cost is $700 per person (chopped down from the true value of $1850), with some scholarships available. This is an exciting way to take in the desert beauty of the canyon walls and clear starry skies at Lake Powell while you explore and experience all that this area has to offer the recreational boat lover. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Wiegand@adaptiveadventures.org or visit Adaptive Adventures.
