Jamestown Resort and Marina offers visitors to Lake Cumberland well-maintained houseboat and pontoon rentals, and even provide lodge and cabin rentals for the landlubbers. This 300-acre marina calls the north shore of the lake home and gives its visitors great access to all the recreational opportunities to be found in the area.
Jamestown’s houseboats are open for rent from the end of April to mid-October. Every rental is decked with marine radios, a gas grill, basic cookware, dishes and cutlery, deck furniture, tie-up ropes, and US Coast Guard approved life vests and safety gear, to name a few things. The First Lady has an 80-foot length and full 17-foot beam for sleeping 12 in style. Other size options include The Presidential, which offers 77 feet and also accommodates 12, and the Freedom, which measures 60 feet and sleeps a cozy 8.
